How can I follow my dreams if I do not know what my dreams are?
Well, I see a Camino yellow arrow, so I guess I will just get up, suit up and let the journey unfold and see where it leads me.
I have learned that I need to pay attention.
I do not want to miss any messages that are there for me.
I have no idea where this will lead us.
Are you adventurous enough to walk with me and see where the Divine Spirit leads you?
Even though we may be walking together on this spiritual journey,
I believe, we each will experience the journey differently.
If you choose to walk with me, keep vigilant to the messages and lessons that are specifically tailored for you alone.
In order for me to receive and to learn, I believe it is necessary for me to open my heart, my soul, my mind and my spirit and to be willing to see, hear and learn.
Are you willing to do that?
We do not need to know all the details of this journey.
It is important that we just begin the journey and let the journey and details unfold.

What is my spiritual heart?
How do I access my spiritual heart?
Wow, who knew? God is the source of my spiritual heart.
To access direction and know my dreams from my spiritual heart,
I need to connect to God who speaks to me through my spiritual heart
Van Gogh, is recognized as a master painter.
This quote suggests that all masterpieces are first sparked by a person’s willingness to allow their spirit (in what I call the spirit realm) to connect to the Divine Spirit, to inspire, spark and create the dream (plan, details) to bring to life a masterpiece.
VanGogh, still needed the courage to accept that dream and follow through, bringing to life the masterpiece via paint on the canvas, giving attention to each and every detail and open to receive additional guidance along the way. Pay attention: I think this may be important.
I am not sure what spiritual message you are receiving.
I am receiving the message that all dreams are started when I allow my spirit to connect to the Divine Spirit and ask for help and guidance.
After the divine inspiration, we can kill the dream at this point, if we do not step out in faith and take the necessary action to bring that dream into reality
Once again, we are being taught that God is the source
This time, God is the source of our dreams and our passions.
Wisdom comes from God and from our spiritual heart
God is the source of wisdom and passion for seeking peace and happiness for our lives.
So if God is our spiritual heart and we can’t seem to access our spiritual heart, then this quote tells us that we might need help to access our spiritual hearts.
That is the help of God himself to help us connect to his Spirit.
God please help me connect to you
It has been said that when you look into a mirror into your own eyes, you are looking into your soul. So seek answers from the soul and not the mind when you look into the mirror.

Awareness: I need to learn how to listen to my heart.
I will start with an intention to seek an intimate spiritual connection with my spiritual heart.
I can see with a pure heart
I can hear with a humble heart
I can serve God with a loving heart
I can connect and be with God’s Spirit with a heart of faith
Some people have learned to totally surrender their spiritual heart,
having total faith and trust in Jesus.
Most of us are a work in progress.
We are learning how to recognize blockages and learning to develop a connection with God through our spiritual heart.
Wherever we are in this process, it is ok.
We are right where we need to be to start.
Just start.
We need to clean up our hearts so we can hear God’s Spirit.
We learn so we can teach others, be a beacon of hope, love and light and pass on that wisdom to others who are hurting.
Acceptance of where we are on our spiritual path in reference to our spiritual hearts is so empowering.
Once we are made aware, we can assess and make changes.
Starting where we are and then make a decision to be led by the Spirit.
Wounded Spiritual Hearts Can hurt our Physical and Mental Health
Awareness: Wow, I guess we have to be aware of hurts and wounds we have unknowingly stored in our heart that are festering and affecting our overall mental and physical health.
Have we allowed the words and actions of others to affect our spiritual hearts?
Have we allowed the words and actions of others to affect our physical health?
Have we allowed words and actions of others to affect our mental health?
If so, the good news is that we have a healing God who can help.
If we are shown that (awareness) then we need to take action to clean out that negative energy in our spiritual hearts as well as stored negative emotional energy in our physical mind and body. Talk with trusted friends, family or counselor. Get help if you need it.
Cleaning house will clear out the static in our spiritual hearts,
so we can then hear more clearly from God.
Negative Emotions stored in our hearts can actually cause physical, emotional and mental harm to our physical and our spiritual bodies.
When we connect to God’s spirit within our hearts,
we are given insight and wisdom on how to release these stored up emotions that weaken our immune system.
What other bits of knowledge and wisdom will be presented on this spiritual path that we have decided to follow?

What does compassion have to do with our spiritual hearts?
It appears that once we have learned how to connect to our spiritual hearts, we can then connect to those who have a spiritual connection with their hearts,

What are we to learn from them?
Our Spirit leads us to our spiritual heart, where we connect to God’s Spirit. There we find our heart’s desires.
Our Spirit and God’s Spirit work together to figure out our dreams and heart’s desires.
We are then given the dreams and visions to follow to bring peace and happiness and purpose in our lives.
Ok, so discernment is introduced into our path.
This quote is telling us that the mind can disagree with your heart and that we need to seek discernment to stay the course and follow our heart.
The only way to see clearly is with the spiritual heart and not the mind.
Awareness of reality – breaking through the wall of denial

The ability to judge well, mentally and spiritually and intuitively know what to do.
I just realized how this applies to what is going on in the political arena.
The discerning spirit is separating the truth from the lies, the light from the darkness, right from wrong, Good from Evil.
Just because we discern and stick to what is right, does not mean that we are judgmental, it means we are taking a moral stand for what is spiritually correct.

Blockages to discovering and follow through on my dreams
The mind (doubts) can sabotage your dreams
Lack of Faith can sabotage your dreams
Fear can block your dream
Faith needs to be stronger then your fear
Ask God for Help to Unblock the fear
Keep giving more and more energy to your dreams
Love your dreams
Love conquers fear
Fear of failure – overcome this by not being afraid to try to pursue your dreams
Once you make a commitment to follow your dreams
Nothing can stop you
What is a dream? It is your passion, what you love and have the courage to do
So what is the soul?
Soul is the part of your spirit that will go to heaven along with your spirit.
All the spiritual lessons we have learned are stored in the soul.
Our purpose on earth is to learn the life lessons to gain spiritual maturity.
Our Soul contains Emotion, character, feelings, consciousness, memory, perception, thinking (our inner being, spirit and life force)

If taken care of, our soul can guide us

Reach out in love, practice love and become love to self and others, even in the midst of trials.
When others are out of balance, stay calm and at peace with yourself.

Many times the dream does not happen right away.
My suggestion is to put that dream out into the universe and wait for God’s correct timing.
Write down your dream with a date
Make a Plan & Goal that is broken into steps
Take Action
Keep taking action towards your goal
Be prepared, you might be altering your dream along the way
God is with you each step of your dream
Our journey has given us a lot to think about and practice if we want to follow our dreams.
If you are unsure if the timing is right, then talk to God and turn it over to Him
I think it is important to at least try to figure out what your spiritual heart and conscience are trying to say to you…
For 2022 what changes do you hear your conscience telling you to make for your health and for your peace and happiness?
Write it down and date it.
Go to bed and sleep on it.
Ask God each night to guide you in your dreams.
Keep asking for divine guidance
I believe God speaks to us in our dreams, in our subconscious.
When we start the process by seeking our dreams and purpose and we have demonstrated a willingness to learn and listen, a dream is given birth by the Divine Spirit.
Then guidance is given as we follow that dream and take action.
We need to be vigilant and pay attention to the signs and inspirations along the road and the yellow arrows pointing to the right path.
If you want to get clarity on your dream, I suggest you verbally ask the Divine Spirit to help you and give you clarity on what to do.
Just like with Van Gogh, the painting was prepared in every detail before he took his first brush stroke to canvas.
So it is with our dreams.
