Leaving tommorrow

Finally leaving on a jet plane, starting tommorrow.

Those of you that are following me and praying for me and those sending physical and or spiritual prayers with me on this journey, get ready, one day at a time, I believe you will experience with me a healing beyond my and your wildest dreams.

Get your prayers ready. I believe it is important to show God that you are serious about what you are praying for. Write your prayers down. Say them everyday. Walk with me spiritually. Show God you can be consistant.

In AA we do this with resentments. We pray everyday, consistantly for those for whom we have resentments. I know it works for resentments and I believe it will work for you and your family in regards to prayer petitions.

Remember, we are petitioning to God for certain things. The answers will come in a divine timeframe. We ask for and then put it in God’s hands. Remember this is a Holy Year. Year of Divine Love, Grace, Forgiveness and Mercy.

God loves us and wants an intimate relationship with each and every one of us. Read and prepare your prayers accordingly. If you find that most of your prayers are for others, than take another look at that. It is important that you also pray for guidance, healing and help for yourself.

After I am finished writing this post, I will pray and sit down and write my prayers for others and for myself and always end with “Thy Will be done”. I know God knows best and if I am praying for things that are not God’s Will, then I want God’s Will to supercede my prayer request.

I will try to connect verbally to you all on my way…(el camino)…Remember, those that choose, are walking with me spiritually, praying consistently each day. I will walk through that Holy Door and all of you spiritually will walk through that door with me and get the special Holy Year Love, Blessings and Forgiveness from the Spirit of God. Ask God to help you be willing to receive the blessings and healings.

My Itinerary: August 13-14, 2021- Travel to start of El Camino de Santiago de Frances

  • 10:15 am Friday August 13, 2021 from Jacksonville (JAX), Florida Newark (EWR) 12:28pm
  • wait about 6 hours
  • 7:30pm from Newark (EWR) to Madrid (MAD) Spain -9:00 am Saturday August 14, 2021
  • 12:20 pm (MAD) Madrid Spain to PNA) Pamplona, Spain 13:20
  • 13:20 pm taxi to bus station in Pamplona at Calle Yanguas y Miranda 2
  • 14:30 bus leaves Pamplona, Spain to St-Jean-Pied-de-port, France
  • 16:15 – bus arrives at Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port at 16:15 pm (4:15) – Saturday August 14, 2021
  • Reservation made at local albergue for one night
  • Not sure if I will stay another night in St. Jean?
  • Not sure if I will start early on August 15th or wait another day August 16th to start the long strenuous hike up and over the Pyrenees.
  • I will be taking the Napoleon route up the mountains
  • I will be taking my backpack with minimum items
  • I need to find the transporation service that will transport my other bag (for a small fee) to the next albergue (going to be well worth the money)

Going first class has also been on my bucket list. Well, guess what, I had enough miles to book my trip first class with United Miles. I had to do a lot of research in order to come up with a good deal using United Miles, but it worked. Days and Days of research and surfing flights. I wanted a direct flight to and from USA to Madrid and I got that.

Deep down inside, I kept wishing there was someone else that could help me do this; however, I just keep telling myself, “you can do this” . Thank God I did not give up.

Many times what we want takes action and I have learned not to give up, follow through and keep perservering. I promise I will get someone to take a picture of me in the lounger in First Class, so you all believe me, and so I can look at it to remind myself that flying first class was, in fact, a reality not a dream. I am so blessed. I say that because I believe that God provides avenues for blessings, if we put in the work and take time to make that blessing a reality.

I have my transport to and from the JAX airport scheduled and booked. Mark will be stepping into that role. Thank you Mark. To leave my car at the airport would be too expensive.

With Covid restrictions, I had to fill out Health Forms and entry forms by the Spanish Government. Relatively easy. They have an app to do that. I uploaded my passport and Covid Vaccination documentation and answered some questions about my stay and then 48 hours before my flight I had to finalize the forms. Today, I got a chance to finalize the paperwork and they sent me a Spain Travel Health Pass with a barcode which they will scan when I arrive in Spain. This is necessary to enter Spain. Their app is SpTH.

Usually, I am a last-minute, spur of the moment spontaneous person; however, today with all the Covid restrictions, that is not a good behavior to practice.

I can now have peace and rest assure that I can enter Spain, once I step foot off the airplane in Madrid. I keep looking at the website for Madrid Covid guidelines to make sure I do not need a Covid test before I go. I am not sure if they will ask me to get a Covid test when I arrive in Spain, but I will do whatever they say. Also, I will check with current USA Covid guidelines when I return to USA, October 5, 2021.

Return Flight: October 5, 2021

  • 11:15 am -Madrid (MAD) -Newark (EWR) – 1:45 pm (8 hrs 30 min)
  • wait about 3 hours
  • 5:10 pm – Newark (EWR) – Jacksonville (JAX) – 7:40pm (2hr 30min)
  • 7:40 pm arrive
  • Mark is booked to take me home

So, time for me to pray and write down my prayers and then put it in my backpack to take with me.

I need to practice what I preach. Many times I can give good advice to others, however, I can be neglectful in doing what I ask others to do. So I am making a commitment to all of you that I will, in deed, follow through. You all are holding me accountable. We do need each other.

Sending Love, Esther Mae
